Heritage Breed World Renowned Longhorn Beef Box

Our rare breed, Longhorn beef was chosen by Heston Blumenthal for his television series 'Perfection' as the best beef available in Britain.

Huntsham meat has been produced with superior taste and texture as the primary considerations. It has a higher fat content than most meat you will find, which greatly enhances its taste and succulence. Some people like to eat the fat, others don’t, but it is important that the meat is cooked with its fat. Those who don’t like fat should look on it like the sediment in a good bottle of wine – you don’t drink it but it needs to be there.

Our typical heritage breed 1/16 cow share beef box contains:
- 2 x 200g fillet or 4 x 250g rib eye steaks
- 4 x 250g sirloin/rump steaks
- 6 x 200g everyday (bavette) steaks
- a 1.7kg topside or silverside premium roast joint
- a 1kg slow roasting brisket or LMC joint
- 1.2kg of lean diced beef
- a further approx 2kg of steak mince.

Your choices of cuts include steaks on-the-bone, diced beef or steak mince burgers for the BBQ.

We have spent a long time building up a strong reputation and supply some world-class chefs!

"Last week I went to Herefordshire and tasted the best sirloin of Longhorn beef I have ever eaten. This rosy, fleshy slice of succulence was softer than butter yet as flavoursome as rump."
