Our lamb is born at our organic farm and raised on our family run farm, only ever eating organic grass! We have farmed organically for nearly 30 years and strongly believe our organic produce is not only better for nature but also better for you.
With minimal food miles and a farm that uses energy generated from solar power, you can be assured that our whole cycle is organic.
Our farmer, Graeme, will carefully select the lamb for you, from our flock of either pedigree Lleyn sheep or from our pedigree flock of Poll Dorsets. We have both breeds, as it allows us to have 'new season' lamb twice a year as Poll Dorset sheep lamb in September.
A typical whole lamb will weigh around 17kg and will usually include the list below, but we will get in contact with you beforehand to make sure you’ve got exactly what you need. Once we have your requirements, our butchers, Frank and Pete, will begin preparing your order on the day of dispatch or collection.

At £9.60 per kg (excl. delivery) this works out as a practical and economical way of stocking up on our delicious pedigree lamb, all you need now is a the mint sauce!
